Our service is totally free to buyers. Unlike many – if not most – agencies in Extremadura we do NOT charge you anything if you buy a house through us. No initial registration fee, no buyers commission on completion (which some agencies “forget” to tell you about); just a totally free, personal, highly professional service from a fully-registered and licensed legally formed Spanish company with a British owner.
